UPDATE AS OF October 7, 2011
Innovative indicated this morning, that crews are still working on the damage T1 circuit which have to be spliced in more than one location in order to restore Innovative telephone service to the Albert Sheen St. Croix Campus. Innovative did not give a time frame as to when full service will be restored on campus. ITS will keep all abreast on the progress of this service ticket.
Users are encouraged to work with their St. Thomas office counterparts who can assist with transferring outside calls to your station. The St. Thomas office would initiate the call then transfer it back to the four digit extension on the St. Croix campus. If you need assistance with this please contact the helpdesk at ext. 1466 press 3 to speak to a call center agent.

Innovative lines on St. Croix still not working. Users can complete calls by having your St. Thomas office initiate the call

Technology Update: Innovative still working on repairing lines into the Albert Sheen St. Croix Campus
Greetings UVI Community,
This is email is to let you know that the St. Croix campus Innovative telephone lines are not currently working. Users on the St. Croix campus will not be able to complete outside calls nor will callers dialing 692-XXXX from outside the university be able to reach the St. Croix campus at this time.
Innovative indicated this morning that they are still working to repair lines coming into the Albert Sheen St. Croix Campus. Hopefully services will be restored before noon today if all goes well.
Users are encouraged to work with their St. Thomas office counterparts who can assist with transferring outside calls to your station. The St. Thomas office would initiate the call then transfer it back to the four digit extension on the St. Croix campus.
