HelpDesk and Library Phones

Greetings Colleagues,

We are currently experiencing problems with some of the phone lines coming into the library on St. Thomas. The helpdesk line at x1466 and the STT Library services desk at x1367 are going directly to voicemail. They are not ringing for us to answer. Our technicians are working through the problems.

In the meantime, if you have a technical or library questions that can wait until this afternoon, please be patient and call back at that time. If you have an urgent need please feel free to call the Office of the CIO at x1460, we will get the right person to address your need.

I'm sending this email on behalf of Ms. Kelly Harrigan. There have been a series of Poweroutages on the STX campus. Because of this issue, there are No Internet and Phone service on the STX campus.
