Audix has been temporarily restored for your convenience today. A software problem was uncovered that will require our telecom vendor to work directly with the software manufacturer in order to provide a permanent resolution. More information to follow.

Good morning ALL,

Please kindly be advised Audix, the university’s voicemail system, is not operational this morning. The contracted telecom vendor has been contacted. We hope to have this issue resolved within the hour. We will follow up with more information as it becomes available.

This technology update is to inform all users that Audix or voice mail system is current not answering users are unable to login. ITS technical team is trouble shooting the system and will attempt restore services just as soon as we can. If you have any questions please contact the ITS service desk at ext. 1466.
