Technology Update: Innovative lines on St. Croix not working
Greetings UVI Community,
This is email is to let you know that the St. Croix campus Innovative telephone lines are not currently working. Users on the St. Croix campus will not be able to complete outside calls nor will callers dialing 692-XXXX from outside the university be able to reach the St. Croix campus at this time. Innovative has been contacted and is processing our service request. ITS will provide another update as one becomes available. Callers on both campuses can still utilize inter campus four digit dialing. Innovative telephone service on the St. Thomas campus has not been affected.
