The UVI Internet connection through CHOICE Communication is currently not functioning. As a result, users who are NOT on the St. Thomas campus cannot currently access Blackboard, Email, Banweb, or the University's web page.
We are working with Internet Service Provider to restore services as quickly as possible.
A status update will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available.
